As an Associate Partner within Core Five’s London office, I specialise in the Residential, Commercial, and Mixed-Use sectors. My role involves working collaboratively with Clients and Consultants to ensure that project objectives are clearly defined from the outset, paving the way for successful outcomes for both projects and people. I believe that trust is fundamental to delivering successful projects. By providing honest, transparent advice from the very beginning, I help foster strong, positive relationships across the project team, ensuring that all parties feel valued and engaged throughout the process.

I have worked in the construction industry for 10 years. During this time, I have gained extensive experience across both the public and private sectors in London and the South East, with a focus on residential-led and commercial developments. My portfolio also includes large-scale residential masterplans and the refurbishment of complex Listed Buildings into both commercial spaces and theatres. I have particular expertise in the procurement of complex schemes and provide tailored advice on procurement strategies to suit each project’s unique challenges. By identifying the most appropriate routes and options, I help ensure successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders alike.
