I am an Associate within the Arts, Culture, Sports and Leisure team at Core Five working on projects from initial conception, right through the project life cycle to completion and handover. I enjoy working collaboratively with all members of project teams to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved, whilst working closely with Clients to ensure all their goals are reached and at the best possible value.
Joining Core Five in 2022, I have over 10 years’ experience of working in the construction industry, currently focusing on the sports and leisure sector with Clients including Saracens Rugby Club, having previously been involved in a variety of other commercial, residential and public realm projects on some of the largest schemes and mixed used developments in the UK including King’s Cross Central with Argent, Battersea Power Station and Google HQ.
What is the most rewarding part of your role at Core Five?
Being able to see and make a contribution to the ever physically changing built landscapes of the UK and abroad is quite a unique aspect of the industry and makes the variety of work that Core Five undertake even more rewarding.
What do you think is the biggest opportunity for our industry in the next 10 years?
The construction industry has the potential to set a real example and lead the way in affecting how we approach sustainability. Adapting the way projects are designed, procured, constructed, and operated from conception all the way through to the end user could have a massive impact on this global issue.
