We were delighted to join our Clients Mitsui Fudosan and Stanhope at the Topping Out Ceremony for Television Centre Phase 2, for which we’re providing Cost Consultancy services.

Situated on the site of the former BBC studios in White City, West London, and designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris and dRMM, the Ariel and The Scenery Building will deliver 347 thoughtfully designed homes, complemented by vibrant green spaces and a wealth of modern amenities. We’re looking forward to seeing the masterplan complete in 2027!
