Last week, we were delighted to be a part of Radcliffes’ discussion session “The Art of Procurement and the BSA” where Core Five Partner, David Gabe, joined Radcliffes’ Nicholas Cady, GPE’s Miles Wilkinson, and Squire and Partners’ Sophie Steed.
The discussion was centred around three key question; how BSA could impact ‘business as usual’ in relation to procurement, if BSA should influence how we should set up our project teams to facilitate successful procurement and mitigate post-contract change, and if the death of late single stage D&B signifies the renaissance of Traditional or is a catalyst for wider use of Construction Management. It’s always greatly stimulating to exchange views with our peers!
