Richard Burcow was delighted to attend the official opening of The Iversen Building at The Oxford Science Park yesterday.
The Iversen Building is Oxford’s first speculative ‘Lab Ready’ building to market and the first of two next-generation purpose build laboratory and office buildings to be delivered on The Oxford Science Park.
The building is designed to provide flexibility between office and lab space, supporting a 70:30 CL2 lab to office ratio across approximately 90,000ft2 of space.
We’ve recently advised on over 3m sqft of science and technology space and having been involved in this project with The Oxford Science Park since 2018 providing Cost Consultancy services, it’s fantastic to see it nearing completion!
