Fantastic to see that The Kensington Building, on behalf Ashby Capital, has won British Council for Offices Refurbish / Recycled Project of the Year! The project saw 100% of total excavation waste being diverted from landfill and 100% of its electricity comes from a renewable source. The re-purposing the building’s existing frame has also saved thousands of tonnes in CO2 emissions!
