Core Five’s Alan McKenna was thrilled to join the team to celebrate the recent Topping Out Ceremony at McFarlan Place on behalf of Stanhope.

We are delighted to be providing Cost Consultancy services on behalf of Stanhope and Peabody and working together with Mitsui Fudosan UK, Maccreanor Lavington, Avison Young, Arup, and Kier on the residential scheme situated at Television Centre in White City, London. The scheme will provide a total of 142 units split across two plots, ranging in height between 7 and 8 storeys. The new building will provide a mix of London Affordable Rent, London Living Rent and Shared Ownership apartments.
