We were delighted to be in attendance on Thursday evening at the Insider East Midlands Property Dinner to see Vaillant Live (formerly Becketwell Live) pick up the Special Recognition Award.

The new arena was completed earlier this year, creating a fully flexible event arena capable of hosting events and concerts to audiences up to a capacity of 3,500. The scheme sits within the wider Becketwell regeneration project in Derby. We have supported the scheme since 2020 and are delighted to have played our role as part of a fantastic wider team.

St James Securities Limited also picked up the award for Developer of the Year.
