We are delighted to welcome Jon Boys as our new Research Lead. Jon joins us from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development where he was a senior economist, and his work was featured in the Financial Times, BBC news, Lords Economics Affairs Committee.

Jon will be heading up our research activities, including our quarterly Market Updates and regular “Core Thoughts” reports of specific thought leadership. We produce these pieces to advise our Clients and the wider industry on key trends, data, and analysis relating to construction costs.
