We’re thrilled that the planning application has been submitted for Blue Coast Capital Windsor Bridge co-living development in Bath!
The proposal, for which we’re providing Cost Consultancy services, would transform an underused brownfield site into a vibrant new neighbourhood, bringing a long‑vacant industrial plot back into use. The scheme consists of four riverside buildings and a terrace for a total of 272 high‑quality co‑living studios, complemented by extensive shared amenities. Thoughtfully designed landscaping will introduce biodiverse green spaces, alongside new pedestrian and cycle routes, all helping to enhance Bath Western Riverside and support much‑needed local housing.
