We’re delighted that 1 Broadgate has officially reached Practical Completion with the Final Account signed! As cost consultants on this project, we’ve been proud to support British Land and GIC in the delivery of this striking new-build commercial office, which features retail and leisure spaces and a vibrant façade, making it a stand-out building in the City of London.

Placing sustainability at its core, the scheme targets BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum, and thanks to the circular economy it repurposes granite cladding into terrazzo.
