We’ve recently celebrated the planning approval for 100 Victoria Embankment, where we’re providing Cost Consultancy services on behalf of 3RE.
Planning permission has been secured for the internal repositioning of this Grade II listed building, with proposals that will enhance sustainability, remove fossil‑fuel‑reliant services, and modernise the workspace. The commercial cut and carve project will deliver de‑carbonisation, upgrades to landlord areas, and improvements to external amenities and entrances, targeting BREEAM Excellent, NABERS 4.5, and WELL.
We’re now progressing through the design stage, applying our extensive experience of refurbishing listed buildings alongside a fantastic project team!
