Exciting progress at 17–19 Rochester Row, where we recently joined our Client Meadow Partners at the topping out ceremony.

With views over some of London’s most iconic landmarks, the project involves the refurbishment and extension of the existing building, enhancing both its form and functionality. It includes a single-storey vertical extension above the current structure, alongside a new five-storey rear extension. Once complete, the building will continue to provide high-quality office space.
