We’re thrilled that another major milestone has been reached for Paddington OSD, with Helical plc and Places for London appointing Mace for the main works building contract

The new over-station development, where we’re proud to be providing Cost Consultancy services, will deliver 19 storeys of best‑in‑class commercial workspace overlooking Paddington Station. Designed as an all‑electric, highly sustainable building, it’s already setting the bar for environmental performance.
