Core Five summer placements are designed to provide students with industry insight and the opportunity to work on interesting projects, helping them develop valuable experience and skills in the workplace, all of which will be pivotal to their final year studies.
Upon completion of degrees, we hope to see the students return to Core Five as graduates and join our graduate training scheme, Core Foundations, to commence APC training to become Chartered Quantity Surveyors.
As student members of the RICS, graduates will attend graduate forums, CPD sessions, mock interviews, and have regular reviews with a dedicated APC Supervisor. Core Five have many recently qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyors who are active APC Supervisors, passing on the benefit of their experience and guiding others through to their final assessment.

- Successful candidates will be invited to an interview with a Partner at our London or Birmingham office
- Placements are paid and can run for 6-12 weeks between June and September
- Potential to be offered a full-time graduate position at the end of your placement
