Following the application submission back in August, we’re thrilled that Berkeley Estate Asset Management’s 33 Cavendish Square has now received planning approval.

Delivering up to 75,000sqm of Grade A office space designed with wellbeing and sustainability at its core, the scheme will introduce new retail and leisure opportunities and a cultural and creative hub, breathing new life into Oxford Street and the West End.
