At Core Five, we maintain a strong focus on the personal development of every member of our team. This starts with supporting apprentices through distance learning degrees, graduates through their APC, and supporting the establishment of professional networks through our Core Futures initiative. This development continues throughout, and we have worked hard to foster a culture where support and development remain a key focus for everyone.
A crucial aspect of developing our culture of learning is the recognition that successful careers in consultancy/construction start before Core Five as that is the time when support in decision- making can be most valuable. In addition to our work with Construction Youth Trust, our team in Birmingham is working closely with the University of Wolverhampton and Birmingham City to understand how we can better support their students. Our support is tailored to match their needs and we will continue to explore and develop our relationship with them over the coming years.
Most recently, Matt Viall and Falaq Nazir were invited to the impressive School of Architecture and Built Environment at the University of Wolverhampton to deliver a lecture on the realities of agreeing the final account. A fantastic experience for both the students and our Birmingham team.
