What is your favourite project you have been involved in?
The best project so far would be working for JLR on a new manufacturing centre. I was able to gain great experience at all stages of a project over a three year period and I built a great relationship with the client and their project team. There were a lots of ups and downs but in the end, the project turned out to be a really exciting masterplan that I was really proud to be part of.
What piece of advice would you give to somebody starting the industry?
Make the most of your experiences working with different colleagues as everyone works in different ways. You will always end up with your own way of working but gaining a variety of experiences; be it on different projects or sectors, will put you in a better place in the long run.
What do you do in your spare time to relax?
Nowadays the majority of spare time outside work is spent with my young kids, however I still like to play sports, travel, go to the movies, meet up with friends/family and video gaming.
