It’s great to see that Berkeley Group’s regeneration plan of the old Bromley-By-Bow Gasworks has been approved!

The new residential-led mixed-use development, for which we provided Master Plan Cost Planning services, will turn the Grade II Listed gasholders into more than 2,000 new homes, in addition to a water feature, amenities, and community space.
