Replacing the existing 2 and 3 Finsbury Avenue Square that have occupied this part of Broadgate since the 1980s, the development includes 2 towers of 36 and 21 stories, linked by a central 12 storey podium via a winter garden, and incorporates green spaces, leisure and a range of publicly accessible spaces.

The scheme, for which we are providing Cost Consultancy services, features a complex sawtooth facade and incorporates upcycled materials, such as RAF and steelwork.
