The project at One Centenary Way has seen the complete fit out from shell to Cat-C of high-quality office space which will become Arup’s fourth largest global office.

The scale of the project includes works to floors 1, 2 & 3 as well as part of the ground and lower ground floors of One Centenary Way located in the prestigious Paradise site of Birmingham’s city centre. We are providing Cost Consultancy services on this scheme.
