As well as delivering Cost Consultancy services on the construction of Arbor on behalf of Native Land, we’ve supported the fit-out of Levels 4 and 11, overseeing the project journey from pre-contract through to post-contract stages and leading contract negotiations. We drove value on these projects by working collaboratively with the supply chain and using our specialist industry knowledge of CAT B fit out help reinforce client decisions. By having both base build knowledge and specialist fit out experience we were able to de-risk the projects and ensure a smooth transition from CAT A to a CAT B finished product.
