This morning, Core Five’s Hannah Summons, Alexander Kyriacou and Murray Bell hosted a roundtable breakfast discussion with Clients, engineer and architect peers to discuss our publication ‘Core Thoughts – Engineering Services: The New Benchmark’.
An interesting session debating the reasons behind the increasing costs of commercial offices from an MEP services perspective; what’s driving this, where we see the industry going, and what marginal gains we might be able to implement in the future to meet tenant and sustainability needs – a very hot topic which requires continued discussion and collaborative thinking!
