We’re thrilled to announce that our very own Howard Spurgin has been appointed UK & Ireland Global Principal Assessor for the Built Environment by RICS! As one of only eight global appointees, Howard will play a crucial role in developing and delivering assessor training, contributing to assessment policy and standardisation, and fostering discussions within the assessor community to promote best practices.

Howard is the perfect person for this role. He has been working with RICS for a number of years and is a key figure behind our highly successful Core Foundations APC development programme, which provides practical, high-quality training to support our team on their journey to APC success and Chartership.

Howard’s unwavering dedication has helped many talented surveyors at Core Five and beyond, making this recognition a fitting tribute to his years of hard work and commitment.
