A significant milestone reached for St Giles Quarter, as the main contract is formally executed and the project moves into its next phase.

We’re providing pre- and post-contract Cost Consultancy services on behalf of Simten for the delivery of 44 homes, including 25 private sale units and 19 affordable homes, across a combination of new-build and Grade II listed refurbishment works. The wider scheme also includes commercial space, retail opportunities, and enhanced public realm in the heart of Bloomsbury.

The contract was procured with Bovis through a collaborative negotiated open-book approach, helping to establish a strong foundation for delivery and fostering a team-focused culture from the outset.
