On Wednesday, we were delighted to attend the Topping Out ceremony for Delta Paddington OSD, a landmark project for which we’re providing Cost Consultancy services on behalf of Helical and Places for London.

Set above Paddington Station, this 19-storey development will bring forward high-quality commercial workspace designed for the future. Its all-electric approach and strong sustainability ambitions are helping redefine what’s possible in environmentally conscious office development.
