Having been involved since the feasibility stage, providing Cost Consultancy and Employer’s Agent services on behalf of Permodalan Nasional Berhad and working alongside LaSalle Investment Management and M3 Consulting, it’s particularly rewarding to see this landmark project reach such an important milestone.

Situated at the heart of the Broadgate Campus, One Exchange Square delivers 13 storeys and 440,000 sqft of high-quality office and retail space, creating a contemporary workplace.

Through the transformation of the existing building, the scheme places sustainability at the forefront, retaining 94% of the original structure, incorporating innovative façade reuse, and creating greener spaces with extensive planting and terrace gardens throughout.
