We’re delighted that Present Made residential masterplan in Eddington has reached Practical Completion.

Having been appointed in early 2020, we have provided both Cost Consultant and Employer’s Agent services for the award winning scheme. It’s brilliant to see this new neighbourhood come to life, with residents moving in and enjoying its outstanding amenities. The scheme delivers 373 high-quality Build-to-Rent homes, a mix of single-family houses and apartments, alongside shared spaces designed to foster community wellbeing.
