The Cat B fit-out from shell and core of a new HQ for a confidential Science and Tech Client that would allow for relocation from the co-located offices in Kings Cross. Prior to fit-out works commencing, a number of tenant variations to the base build structure were completed to open-up structure to facilitate double and triple height spaces.
