This striking 13-storey riverside building combines vibrant city living with retail and public realm enhancements. The scheme includes:

  • 79 private and 16 social residential units above a ground-floor shell retail space
  • Fully fitted basement with 52 parking spaces and two car lifts
  • Extensive external works and a thoughtfully designed public realm

The project delivers a dynamic mixed-use environment, blending modern homes with accessible amenities in a prime riverside location.

Key Project Features

  • This project featured a unique challenge in a shared basement with a neighbouring property that had already completed construction. Careful planning and robust contractual agreements were essential to avoid scope gaps and ensure seamless integration

Core Five Added Value

  • Effective use of value engineering on the façade prior to entering into contract
  • The initial design proved inefficient in key areas, which, when highlighted to the design team, were subsequently amended with no loss of quality or design integrity, but offered a significant saving to the Client to ensure optimum value
