The Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration is the conversion of an old boiler house in Islington, built in the 17th Century for pumping water to the City of London, into a Museum for illustrative art.

- Core Five have been involved since RIBA Stage 2. Turning this underused building into a world leading centre for this genre of Art. This was only made possible by our extensive knowledge of the cost of refurbishing existing buildings
