A new build 18,000nr capacity arena to be the new home of Valencia Basketball team. The basketball team are the anchor tenant and primary user, however the arena is designed as a mixed-use venue to maximise revenue opportunities. It is therefore flexible in its design to accommodate concerts, conferences, multi-sports events etc. The design responds to the local climate and provides a unique feature of extensive external concourse provision.
