We are proud to be an industry partner of University of Reading and yesterday, Richard Bates, our Digital Development Lead, was invited to join the launch of the final year project for undergraduate QS students!

Students are provided with an existing retail building to repurpose from a choice of other sectors. Working in groups, they utilise skills in Revit and basic design to edit the model to a viable proposed layout and produce an Indicative order of Cost Estimate, Procurement Strategy and Area Schedule, rounded up with a presentation to their peers.
