A very exciting milestone was reached this week at 2 Finsbury Avenue, where we joined British Land, Modon, and GIC for the Topping Out Ceremony.

As part of the Broadgate Campus, this landmark office development comprises two towers of 37 and 23 storeys, connected by a 13‑storey podium centred around a winter garden. We’re proud to be providing Cost Consultancy services on such a significant scheme, working closely with a fantastic project team to help deliver this ambitious design. At 2 Finsbury Avenue wellbeing and sustainability remain at the forefront, with the project incorporating circular economy principles, extensive green areas and terraces, and targeting BREEAM Outstanding and Net Zero Carbon in operation.
