We are thrilled to see AHMM’s plans for Tishman Speyer’s 1 Torrens Street (aka Angel Square) receive planning approval. This milestone was hit on programme and less than a year since the stage 1 kick off meeting! An exciting few months ahead with the business end of procurement and works commencing on site.
The building is another example of a best in class design team retaining structure first whilst reinventing the building for high quality, low energy performance to align with our Client’s long term sustainable vision.
