Last Thursday marked the installation of the final façade panel at 2 Finsbury Avenue, completing a complex cladding package of 5,792 panels across c. 1.1 million sq ft GIA – a milestone delivered through months of coordinated design, logistics and on‑site quality.

We’re proud to have played a part in this journey. Our input helped shape strategy, manage risk, and maintain clarity across various stages of the project. We worked closely with the wider team to navigate complex commercial challenges and safeguard programme certainty through early procurement. Despite global volatility, the team maintained commercial resilience and continuity of supply through off-site vesting.
