After more than 7 years working with Northacre Properties and the many hundreds of skilled designers, consultants and contractors, we are thrilled to see the Squire and Partners architectural vision come to life in the completion of The Broadway.
The Broadway is a mixed-use development that combines residential, retail, and commercial space over two podium buildings, incorporating six residential towers which make for a new landmark along the Westminster skyline.
Detailed and engaged cost planning, supported by a bespoke procurement strategy followed by a thorough and well managed tender has meant the team were able to agree the final account on budget and ahead of completion – a brilliant achievement for a complex mixed-use scheme of this scale.
