We recently hosted our annual Project Day, a hands-on training experience designed for our pre-APC and recently post-APC team members, condensing the full lifecycle of a construction project into just six hours.

Facilitated by the Core Foundations team and guided by Howard Spurgin, this immersive event brought together 16 participants from across the business, including newly Chartered surveyors, to collaborate, problem-solve, and develop leadership skills.

From late tenders to real-time assessments, the day was packed with 17 scenarios crafted to challenge and inspire. Participants were observed by senior facilitators and received personalised feedback to support their professional growth.

We wrapped up the day with well-earned drinks and a curry, a fitting end to a day full of insight, energy, and teamwork. Thank you to all the participants for your enthusiasm and contributions!
