Building a balanced capital ecosystem that supports companies from inception to IPO is critical, and the Government commitment to reducing barriers and unlocking innovation will be vital to keep the UK competitive. Nonetheless, positive sentiment was evident in the market, with strong interest in recently launched developments in central London.
