We have recently supported Grainger PLC with their office relocation in London Bridge, London.

We provided Cost Management and Employer’s Agent services through our team of Siobhan Bryden, Seán McAvoy, Joe Hawkins, Alex Kyriacou and Luke Blakemore alongside a design team of Tonik Edge, AECOM and Hann Tucker Associates. The scheme included a strip out of the existing floor and Cat B fit out, inclusive of client suite, café hub, internal meeting rooms, showers, comms room and open plan desking, against a challenging delivery programme. The works were successfully delivered by LDD Construction Limited and ODGroup. respectively.
